I love turning ambiguous, complex problems into clear, well-crafted experiences. I recently graduated from the Master of HCI + Design program at the University of Washington, where I designed tools that make hard things feel simple.

Before grad school, I worked at Cathay Pacific, improving eCommerce experiences used by thousands of daily users. I’ve led 0→1 projects, run user research, and partnered closely with engineers and PMs to ship real business impact. With a background in graphic design and filmmaking, I bring storytelling, visual craft, and empathy into everything I design.
